I work as a software engineer in the Satija Lab at the New York Genome Center (NYGC), where I lead the development of Seurat and help build computational tools for single-cell genomics.
Throughout my experience, I’ve focused on developing software that enables the analysis and interpretation of complex, layered data for biomedical research.
